I won a giveaway for the first time ever not long ago. And guess what came in the mail today? The prize!
I won a hardback copy of Forget-Her-Nots by Amy Brecount White. It came out on the 2nd of March, and I've been meaning to read it ever since, though I can never find it in my usual bookstores.
I opened up the cover, and found bookmarks I didn't even know were included.
AND I found it signed. To me. I could have just died when I saw that.

I'll tell you about my first author giveaway win (my first EVER giveaway win, book related, was at GOODREADS). Holly Cupala's debut novel, Tell Me A Secret. I was lucky enough to score the first edition, as well as a bookmark and a button. I was freaking out, and my book was ALSO signed! Congratulations so very much. I remember how excited I was--I STILL get excited when I win something.
Especially since I don't win something everyday anymore. :P No joke. But then I stopped entering US only contests, since my friend has enough stuff to send out to me.
